Prices are per visit for a home in normal condition. Four or more bedrooms, and any move-in or move-out clean, are quoted by text once we know a little more.
How to read it
A half bath counts as a bathroom if it has a toilet. Offices and dens count as bedrooms if they get cleaned.

What a standard clean includes
Included every visit
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and the outside of appliances
- Bathroom toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and mirrors
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, shelves, and window sills
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
- Baseboards wiped and vents dusted, at no extra charge
- Beds made with fresh sheets if left out
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
Not included
- Inside the oven or refrigerator (add-ons)
- Inside cabinets and drawers (included with a move-out clean)
- Interior windows and pet hair treatment (add-ons)
- Walls, ceilings, and anything above a step stool
- Exterior areas, garages, and patios
- Mold, biohazards, or pest cleanup
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
The first visit
Deep clean
The standard clean plus the places a first visit usually finds.
Most homes book one deep clean first, then standard cleans on a schedule.
Added to the standard clean
- Door frames, switch plates, and cabinet fronts wiped by hand
- Light switches, door handles, and cabinet fronts
- Light fixtures and ceiling fan blades within reach
- Behind and beside the toilet, and grout lines scrubbed
- Kitchen backsplash and the outside of the range hood
An empty home
Move-in or move-out
Cleaned for a walkthrough or a first night.
The home should be empty of furniture and belongings.
Price: $379 for a studio, up to $659 for four or more bedrooms. The booking form shows your exact price before you send anything.
