The job
Homes, not offices. The same ones each week.
You clean homes in San Diego: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting. Visits run two to four hours. You work alone or in a pair, and you go back to the same homes on the same days, so you learn each one.
Kolby trains you on the first visits, brings the products and tools, and handles every customer conversation. You are never asked to sell anything.
Pay
Paid by the visit.
You earn a base pay of $75 per home, plus 100% of your tips, paid weekly. Most visits take two to four hours, and Kolby brings the products and tools to every job.
Around your schedule
You set the hours. The bookings fit inside them.
You give Kolby the hours you are free each week. Bookings go into those hours and nowhere else. Finals week, a trip home, a heavy semester: tell Kolby and the schedule changes with you.
What we expect
- On time, every visit. Customers plan around you.
- Careful with other people's things, and honest when something goes wrong.
- Kind to pets and patient with people.
- A current Point Loma student in good standing.
- A phone you answer, and a way to get to homes across the city.
