What this site collects, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Kolby McCargar dba Lomaland Home Cleaning, a house cleaning service in the City of San Diego. You can reach us at kolby@lomalandcleaning.com or (916) 606-9970.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site and choose to send:

• From the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the home size and services you chose, the dates and times you prefer, any notes you write, and whether you agreed to text messages.
• From the student interest form: your name, email address, phone number, class standing, availability, and anything else you write.
• From the service area form: your ZIP code and email address.

The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or accounts. It does not store anything in your browser. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time to run and protect the service.

Each form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser to do that. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

How we use it

To answer your request, confirm a booking, do the cleaning, and get in touch about it. If you checked the box for text messages, to send you booking reminders by text. Nothing else. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your form is delivered to us as an email through Resend, our email provider, and it is stored in our email account. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions. Your cleaner is told your name, address, and any notes needed to do the work. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

There is no database

The email is the record. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete the email and any booking notes.

Your choices

• To see, change, or delete what we have, email kolby@lomalandcleaning.com or text (916) 606-9970. We respond within a reasonable time.
• Text messages are optional. Reply STOP to any text to end them.
• This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not track you in the first place.

California residents

This policy is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act. It states what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how you can review and change it, how we announce changes, and when it took effect. If you have a question about your rights under California law, contact us and we will answer it.

Children

This site is for adults booking cleaning for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will contact you first.
